Management visit to the Governor of Lattakia

The visit of His Eminence Bishop Mor Boutros Kassis to the Governor of Lattakia, Eng. Amer Hilal.

This morning, Monday, July 29, His Eminence Mor Boutros Kassis, Bishop of Aleppo and its environs, and the General Manager St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee ( EPDC ), visited the Governor of Lattakia, Eng. Amer Hilal, accompanied by Eng. Hisham Saad, the Executive Director of EPDC, & the Coordinator of the Lattakia area Mr. Abdallah Mresh, and the administrative team of the EPDC office in Lattakia.

The discussion included an explanation of humanitarian services: relief and development, and the projects implemented by EPDC during the years 2023-2024, especially the emergency response after the Earthquake February 2023.

The projects currently being implemented and their significant role in serving the local community within the city and its countryside were also introduced.

The Governor commended the efforts of EPDC, its humanitarian work, and its significant role in the Latakia governorate and its countryside.

EPDC thanked the Governor and the Governorate Office for providing the necessary facilities for the EPDC work and the performance of its humanitarian duty.
