The St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee EPDC continues to support children and adolescents in Aleppo through the Protection Project, which aims to create a safe and supportive environment, filled with opportunities and activities that help enhance their psychological and social development.
In the child-friendly space, we provide supportive lessons that help children strengthen their educational skills, along with psychological and social support sessions that allow them to express their feelings and cope with the psychological challenges they may face.
In addition, we offer case management services with detailed follow-up for children and adolescents, continuous medical care, and appropriate treatment, as well as awareness sessions for caregivers to improve their skills in effectively and safely addressing the needs of children.
The activities are not limited to psychological and social support, but also include educational and recreational activities to promote creativity and joy in children’s lives.
This project represents an important step toward protecting children and creating a safe environment for them, enhancing their ability to face challenges and realize their potential.
