Support university academic research

As part of the continued efforts of the St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee (#EPDC) to support and promote scientific and academic research, a Ph.D. dissertation in Fine Arts—specializing in Graphic Design and Multimedia—was successfully defended by researcher Ossama Ezz Al-Din Hatem, Manager of the Communication and Media Department at EPDC, on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus University.

The discussion was attended by Eng. Hisham Saad, Executive Director of EPDC, and a team from EPDC

The dissertation included numerous practical models focused on the development of visual identity and addressed various practical aspects and discussions related to social graphic design. The researcher was awarded a Ph.D. with a very good grade for his outstanding and unique research.
