Development Project to Support Farmers in Douma – Rural Damascus

As part of efforts to support the agricultural sector and empower the most vulnerable families, the St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee #EPDC, in cooperation with #ZOA Organization, is preparing to launch a significant project in the Douma area of Rural Damascus. The initiative aims to support farmers and #agricultural_projects by distributing agricultural equipment.

EPDC team has started registering applicants from the local community who are interested in developing their #agricultural projects. Beneficiaries will be selected based on specific criteria and conditions to ensure that the support reaches the families most in need and to create a tangible impact in promoting sustainable livelihoods.

This project represents an important step toward supporting local economic recovery and improving agricultural production in the area. It is part of ongoing efforts to enhance rural development and empower communities after years of challenges.
